It’s possible to return your (consumer) order within fourteen days. Refunds or exchanges can only be issued if the item is returned in a saleable condition, ie: is unworn, undamaged, not dirty and with labels attached. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges. Please note that SALE (discounted) items cannot be returned or exchanged.
The return costs are for your account, we advise you to send the parcel with a tracking code (Track & Trace) included so you can track the parcel.
Upon receipt of your returned (consumer) order, we will refund the order amount within fourteen days.

If you are unlucky enough to experience a problem or fault that you think may be a warranty claim please contact us before sending back any items, so we can assess the issue and work out the best way to get you shredding again!
Please provide us with as much information as possible first up – that will help reduce a lot of back and forth between yourself, us and the supplier (please include personal, order and item information).
In case that you have received a faulty item not fit for use, you will be fully refunded, including the (reasonable) postage costs. Or you may request a replacement item. We will inspect the goods to determine the cause. Please note that faulty goods do not apply to items that have been damaged due to a crash or general use, wear and tear. Nor will items be considered faulty if the care instructions have not been followed. We will refund your reasonable postage costs incurred from returning an item if we determine the product is faulty.
Photos and videos are a massive help for both us and the supplier in determining a warranty claim. Please take good, clear photos. If in doubt, more photos and videos are better than less. Feel free to send us links to dropbox/drive/google photos.
NOTE: Warranties cover manufacturing defects only, so things like crash damage and incorrect installation will not be able to be claimed and covered.
